Maria Johnson is a Brooklyn-based freelance flutist and teacher. She performs with symphonies, new music ensembles, jazz orchestras, off-Broadway shows, folk groups, and indie bands.Maria is also on faculty at the Long Island Conservatory and teaches flute and piano through various organizations in Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.
